• Uses: Electric water heaters, water dispensers, steam heaters, industrial heavy oil burners, and heating of liquid chemicals.
• Characteristics: Full immersion in liquid, with a heat transfer rate of 100%, and easy installation.
• Acid Specifications: Produced according to customer needs.
• Tube: Made of copper, SUS304 and SUS316 stainless steel, and high nickel alloy seamless and alloy materials.
• Note: To avoid the heated state, the tube should not be exposed outside of the liquid surface. If heating strong acidic liquids, a Teflon protective coating on the tube may be used.

Cartridge Electric Heating Tube

This product has excellent thermal conductivity, achieved through the use of high-density sub-magnesia and high-purity nichrome wire imported from Western Japan. The winding density can be designed to meet customer demands for the best average temperature and extended lifespan. The size can be customized, ranging from 3-25 mm for heating purposes.

1. The fins are integrally formed using a dedicated machine.
2. A heat sink is installed on the periphery of the heat exchange tube to accelerate the heat conduction.
