We provide convenient return and exchange services. The specific process is as follows:

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

Standard Products:
- All P series temperature controllers models 1010/2010/3010-000A.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition with complete packaging.
- Returns and exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

Customized Products:
- Customized products confirmed by both parties cannot be returned or exchanged if the product appearance is in good condition.

Return and Exchange Process:
1. **Application**: Please contact our customer service, providing your order number and the reason for return or exchange.
2. **Confirmation**: Customer service will confirm your return or exchange request.
3. **Return the Product**: Send the product back to the return/exchange address we provide.
4. **Inspect the Product**: After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the return or exchange according to your request.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be returned via the original payment method. The specific time frame depends on the processing speed of the payment service provider.
